Living Keto

I started eating a ketogenic diet in November of 2013 and haven’t looked back since.  Controlling the amount of carbs I eat, making sure to get sufficient protein, and then eating good fats as needed has made a world of difference not just in my quest to lose weight.  My moods are much improved.  My ability to focus is markedly different.  My ability to handle stressors has grown.  I can go a full day without needing to eat and have high levels of energy consistently.

Making the change to a ketogenic or “keto” diet requires discipline, but once you adjust the effort required is really just good planning and preparation.
